Ghanaian defender Andy Yiadom has been linked with a return to former club Barnet following confirmation of his departure from Reading FC.The experienced full-back is set to leave Reading at the end of the season after spending eight years at the club, where he established himself as a key figure both on and off the pitch.According to reports in England, League Two side Barnet are interested in bringing Yiadom back to the club where he previously enjoyed a successful spell earlier in his career.Yiadom played for Barnet between 2012 and 2016 and became a fan favourite during his time with the Bees before earning a move to Barnsley.His performances at Barnet helped launch a career that later saw him feature regularly in the Championship with both Barnsley and Reading, while also becoming a senior international for Ghana.The 34-year-old leaves Reading after making 253 appearances for the Royals and captaining the side on several occasions.A return to Barnet would represent a homecoming for Yiadom as the club prepare for life in League Two following their recent promotion from the National League.
