Franklin Cudjoe criticized the Attorney-General and his Deputy regarding a High Court order concerning the Office of the Special Prosecutor's (OSP) prosecutorial powers. Cudjoe argued that transferring the OSP's prosecutorial responsibilities to the Attorney-General's office would lead to its overburdening, impacting its operational efficiency.
